I wish I could give zero stars to Get My Couch for the nightmare they put me through. This was by far the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had.

I ordered a bed that was supposed to be delivered in 15 days—it arrived 50 days later, after countless calls, endless lies, and complete incompetence from their customer support team. Different representatives gave me contradictory stories—one claimed the bed was out of stock, another said it would ship in 5 days, and yet another said it had already been dispatched.

I had to call more than 100 times just to get my order shipped. And when it finally arrived, no one came to assemble it, and after a certain point, they just stopped answering my calls. The quality of the bed? Mediocre at best.

I even tried to cancel my order midway but was given no support or direction, making the experience even more frustrating. I originally placed this order with plenty of time before guests arrived, but because of their delays, I had to host them with just a mattress on the floor.

The only time they were responsive was during payment, but when it came to service, they completely disappeared. If you’re considering buying from Get My Couch, DON’T. Save yourself the stress, lies, and frustration. Absolutely NOT recommended.
