Bad finishing, corners not rounded as was in design. Bad customer service from rep.

Directions were clear, but not properly communicated to carpenters by store representatives. No timeline was given to us even though we asked many times, and the design was not what we wanted. On top of that, we went and checked the bookshelf at the godown, and shared finishing mistakes. They took few extra days and still gave a badly finished product. We're going to tell a lot of folks not to order from Getmycouch.com.
